This service is charged at £80 per hour, per machine and operator, for both weekday and weekend events. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

We are based in Teesside, in the North East of England, so travel and accommodation costs will be added where applicable.

An embroidery assistant is not always essential, but if you anticipate a high level of footfall, we recommend having two staff members on-site. In this case, an additional £40 per hour will apply for a second operator.

An assistant can add real value to a busy event by allowing your team to focus on their core responsibilities. They’ll engage directly with customers, clearly explain the order process, and help guests fill out order cards—while our machine operator focuses on delivering beautifully embroidered pieces.

Our embroiderers will be dressed wearing a white or black T-shirt with the BW Bespoke Embroidery logo on the back paired with smart black trousers. Alternatively, let us know a more appropriate dress code for your store and we can plan accordingly.
