Got a question?

Can you change the colour/ font/ text in my design? 

Yes! Any colour, text and/ or font changes are complimentary to all custom and bespoke orders. Designs with a mountain can be personalised free of charge too :). 

Can you change the florals in my design to different florals? 

Yes! Please email us regarding this before purchase for a quote. As a rough guideline, each new flower is £30 extra if we have to design it from scratch but if you see a flower in one of our designs anywhere, you would only be charged a £35 flat rate for the time it takes to swap out flowers with existing flowers. 

Do you send mock-ups of my embroidery design before stitching? 

Yes! If you requested significant changes (including any colour, font, text and composition changes) we send you mock-ups to confirm everything is how you envisioned before stitching anything. Mock-ups are only created after you have placed your order. 

Are you able to stitch a design on my real leather jacket? 

No, we cannot stitch on real leather as the embroidery doesn't stitch well on this material and requires lots and lots of sampling. If quality and sustainability are your concern with faux leather, we can assure you that we only stitch on quality faux leather jackets which are made to last a lifetime.

I need my order to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Have I left it too late? 

Please see the guidelines for order production times. Please note, these are just guidelines and subject to change depending on client response time. (See our Terms & Conditions for more info.)

Custom (complimentary changes ONLY - colour, text and font) : 2-3 weeks (with rush fee: 1- 2 weeks)

Custom Floral Changes (swapping out florals) : 4-5 weeks (with rush fee: 3-4 weeks)

Custom (Fully Bespoke) : We recommend booking your slot at least 5-6 weeks before you need your order. Please contact us or send a form via our website if you need a bespoke order for a specific date - we will try our best to accommodate. 

You don't sell the jacket I have in mind, what can I do? 

1. Send your own jacket to our studio:

Please place your order and select the option to provide your own jacket. You will receive our studio address via email or can be found on our 'Contact Us' page.

Please package your jacket securely and include a note with your full name, phone number, email address, and (optionally) your Instagram username if you’d like to be tagged in videos of your jacket stitching.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs, including any loss or damage during transit.

We’ll notify you once your jacket has been safely received in the studio.

[Please note: Denim jackets must be 100% non-stretch cotton denim and we only embroider on faux leather. We can make occasional exceptions regarding denim composition but please email us before purchasing.]

2. Ask us to order you an alternative jacket for you: 

Ensure the jacket you're thinking of is available for shipping to the UK.

When ordering, select your size and colour option and add any other details in the personalisation box including a link. If no link is given, we will contact you within 3 working days to discuss jacket options. If jacket and shipping costs exceeds £45, we will charge you to cover the extra costs only.
