Supporting Fight Label's Production for Emiliano Vargas' New York Fight

Fight Label approached us during the final production stages of a custom boxing robe created for professional boxer Emiliano Vargas ahead of his fight in New York. With a demanding deadline and oversized embroidered panel pieces measuring up to 110cm in length, additional production support was needed to ensure the robe was completed to the highest standard and ready in time for the event. While many embroidery studios would need to split artwork across multiple hoopings, our 120cm embroidery frame allowed these large-scale designs to be embroidered efficiently and accurately with minimal repositioning. Working closely with designer Sophie throughout the project, we supported the final stages of production, ensuring every embroidered panel met the required quality while helping the project stay on schedule. This project is a perfect example of how we collaborate with fashion designers and production studios when additional capacity or specialist equipment is needed. By providing reliable, large-format embroidery production, we helped deliver a high-profile piece for an international sporting event, allowing Fight Label to focus on the finishing touches with confidence.

Goodwood Revival x Rolex

Goodwood Revival commissioned two banners to represent Rolex sponsoring their event. These banners were carefully stitched onto high quality velvet, finishing at 180 x 90cm and hung at their vintage car show in London. Colour matching was important to accurately represent Rolex's branding and consistent luxury image.

Wieden & Kennedy - Hallowieden

We completed a 140 x 90cm large scale bespoke embroidered comission for Wieden & Kennedy's Halloween Campaign. We digitized, embroidered and stitched up the banner entirely in-house, sourcing and highest quality materials and thread, matching the reference colours perfectly. The final banner was breathtaking and featured the most exquisite, luxury embroidered design.

Do you offer white-label production?

Yes. We regularly work behind the scenes with designers, brands and embroidery studios. All projects are handled professionally and confidentially, and we're happy to sign non-disclosure agreements where required.

Can you embroider designs larger than a standard embroidery machine?

Yes. Our specialist machine features a 120cm embroidery frame, allowing us to produce large-scale embroidery that many commercial embroidery studios can't achieve in a single setup. This is ideal for oversized back panels, boxing robes, statement jackets and other large-format designs.

Can you help if we're working to a tight deadline?

We'll always do our best to accommodate production schedules where possible. If you have an upcoming launch or deadline, let us know as early as you can and we'll advise on availability.

Do you provide digitising?

If you already have a production-ready embroidery file, we're happy to stitch directly from it. If not, we can discuss digitising options before production begins.
