Refund policy
Beth Wilson Embroidery operates as a bespoke embroidery studio. Each piece is individually designed and produced in close consultation with the client.
Bespoke commissions

All bespoke and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has begun

This includes custom embroidery, personalised designs, sizing, materials, or finishes
Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure studio time, design development, and materials procurement
Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested only prior to design development or production commencing.

Once design development has begun, the commission is considered active. If the client chooses to cancel at this stage, the full remaining balance of the agreed fee will become payable, regardless of reason.
Faults or damage
If an item arrives damaged or contains a genuine fault:

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt

Provide clear photographs and details
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
