Domestic Shipping (UK Only)

Free shipping on all orders to UK. All orders sent Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you choose the 'Speedy Service' option, this means we produce your order faster. Please message us before placing your order with the date you need your order by before checking out if selecting this option. 

International Shipping

Mainland USA 

Royal Mail International Tracked (DDP): 5-7 working days (from dispatch)

DHL Express International (DDU): 3-4 working days (from dispatch)

All Royal Mail Tracked shipping costs to the USA include customs charges (Delivery Duty Paid - DDP). This means you pay customs charges upfront, allowing your order to pass through customs easily without delays and avoiding any surprise charges later on.

If you select DHL express delivery, this service is DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you will be charged customs fees when your order reaches the country of delivery. These custom fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

If you choose the 'Speedy Service' option, this means we produce your order faster. Please message us before placing your order with the date you need your order by before checking out if selecting this option. 

Australia, New Zealand & Oceana 

Royal Mail International Tracked (DDU): 5-7 working days (from dispatch)

DHL Express International (DDU): 3-4 working days (from dispatch)

This means you will be billed customs fees when your order reaches your country and must be fulfilled within a certain number of days for you order to pass through customs smoothly.
