Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this course offers a fun introduction into the art of hand embroidery.

In a friendly group of up to 6 leaners, you will explore a variety of basic, but beautiful techniques through with easy to follow instructions and demonstrations. Techniques include Running rtitch, Backstitch with Whipped /backstitch, satin stitch, Star Stich, Eyelet Wheel, Chain Stitch and Closed Fly Stitch with the opportunity to explore a endless possibilities!

The aim of this workshop is to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to continue your own creative development at home. The price includes 2 hours of hands on teaching support, with your own embroidery hoop, needle and up to 2 thread colours to take home to finish your project in your own time. You can bring your own image that you would like to trace and work from, or choose from a selection of our floral stencils to use as a guide.

We will have other accessories available for purchase on the day such as tote bags and cushion covers should you wish to advance your design practice and create a gift your yourself or someone else.
