CUSTOM DESIGNS
We offer a beautiful collection of expertly designed artworks that explore a range of themes using intricate techniques and details.
This collection has individual set prices based on the size and time taken to stitch, the price includes complimentarily changes to the colours and wording so they can still be made unique to you. Further edits such as additional details are possible for a fee. We aim to offer a 3-4 week turnaround for custom orders.

BESPOKE ORDERS
Are you looking to work with passionate industry professionals to bring to life your unique vison and ideas? We’re here to help and we LOVE working on a truly bespoke order.
Bespoke orders for jackets start from £210 and can range up to £450 depending on the size and intricacy of the design. This includes consultation and design time, progress updates with lots of opportunity for feedback and edits to be made, sampling if required and final production. This is your perfect opportunity to add all those incredibly special details and that sentimental to you.
We can also share live updates of your jacket being stitched to Instagram so you can watch your design coming to life, a fantastic customer experience fully involving you in all aspects of the design and production process.
We recommend that you provide your own jacket, this way you have more freedom in the choice of style of jacket, and it also gives you the opportunity to ensure this is the correct size before any production work begins. Please speak to Beth to ensure the quality of the jacket is suitable for embroidery, she can send a list of recommended suppliers.

You can reserve a booking date by dropping us an email with a description of your design idea and ideal deadline you would like us to work towards
CONSULTATION
Once your booking has been reserved we can begin to discuss your design ideas more thoroughly via email or by arranging a time to visit our Stockton based office.
You can share your ideas with us with through sketches, screen shots, photographs or mood boards, whatever suits you best. Something to show the aesthetic you have in mind and the colour palate is a great help, but don’t worry if you aren’t quite prepared, it’s our job to take the time to understand your ideas and develop the artwork creation.
INVESTMENT
After our consultation, lead embroidery designer Beth will begin working on your design on the agreed booking date. From here she will explore and develop your initial ideas, translating them into a beautiful embroidery artwork. She will then send over the first proposal and wait for your feedback before continuing with the design and adding further details. With regular updates there is plenty of opportunity involving you in the design process allowing you to make as many edits and tweaks that are required. Our job is to create your perfectly unique idea, nothing to too much to ask.
TIMESCALE
A bespoke design takes around 1-2 weeks from your agreed booking date to complete production and shipment. We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance for bespoke orders as we have limited spaces available in order to give our clients the attention needed to create something so special.

SENDING YOUR JACKET
Jackets should be shipped to the studio TRACKED with your name and return address.
Once I have received your jacket I will drop you a message to let you know it has arrived safely.
