Set Up

From one-off events to seasonal events to a campaign of brand activation dates across the UK, our compact customisation set up integrates effortlessly with your brand’s identity and goals.

Payment

Each event is bespoke and thoughtfully tailored to suit your vision and aesthetic, with pricing based on an hourly rate. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due prior to your event date.

We are based in Teesside, in the North East of England, so travel and accommodation costs will be added where applicable.

An embroidery assistant is not always essential, but if you anticipate a high level of footfall, we recommend having two staff members on-site.

An assistant can add real value to a busy event by allowing your team to focus on their core responsibilities. They’ll engage directly with customers, clearly explain the order process, and help guests fill out order cards—while our machine operator focuses on delivering beautifully embroidered pieces.

Our embroiderers will be dressed wearing a white or black T-shirt with the BW Bespoke Embroidery logo on the back paired with smart black trousers. Alternatively, let us know a more appropriate dress code for your store and we can plan accordingly.
