What is the story behind your wedding?
Our story began unexpectedly, in the most divine way, while roller skating in a park during the glow of a full moon amongst the Nashville city skyline. It was so incredibly adorable that sometimes it still seems like a dream. After three and a half years together, we were engaged during a total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024 on a crystal mine hilltop. The sky grew dark as we experienced totality and soaked up the memorable experience. But Everett made it even more memorable by getting down on one knee as the sun reappeared and the sky filled with light. Our wedding continued these special, magical moments. We were able to celebrate our union in the park where we first met during another full moon, bringing our journey together full circle.
What was your vision for the jacket?
A cropped, cream moto jacket to complement and accentuate the dress silhouette. I knew I wanted the celestial pattern with an eclipse in the middle, with the words "Written in the Stars".
